Springer Healthcare, a leading medical education and communication solutions provider, sought to enhance its engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) specialising in neurology and Alzheimer’s research.

Arttia Creative was commissioned to develop an interactive website to deliver educational conference insights throughout 2024, focusing on the Alzheimer’s Disease Congress Coverage.

Project Scope:
Springer Healthcare required a comprehensive solution to deliver timely conference updates, including news stories, videos/podcasts, infographics, quizzes, and panel discussions. The website engages users, encourages return visits, and integrates seamlessly with a learning management system (LMS) to facilitate learning and certification.

Streamlined Development: A WordPress multi-site setup was used to develop and manage language sub-sites efficiently.

Collaborative Approach: Collaboration with Springer Healthcare ensured seamless integration of their content and graphical styles.

7 Languages: Delivering content for 4 conferences in 7 languages.

Multilingual Support: Language sub-sites were created in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese (simplified), and Japanese, with translated content provided by Springer Healthcare.

Engagement Features: The website included progress bars, gamification aspects, and user-friendly interfaces to encourage interaction and participation.

Email Triggers and Notifications: Triggered emails were utilised to notify users of new content, upcoming conferences, and opportunities to engage with faculty experts.

Panel Discussion Integration: Learners were encouraged to submit questions for panel discussions, recorded and published as videos post-conference.

Project Management and Support: Regular project meetings, dedicated project management software, and ongoing content upload support.

A detailed journey-style infographic was designed and illustrated to support the learning experience website.
