After intensive discovery sessions Arttia Creative worked closely with Lucion Services marketing team to develop a clear and concise User Journey and improved User Experience. Clicks to goal was reduced from (in some instances) 5 clicks down to 1 or 2. This has helped to increase the number of enquires and speed of response.
